It’s time for Customer Appreciation Month! A year ago this month, we published the first rendition of the Co-Kan website complete with two pages and a line-art Coo-kun. It looks horrible, I love it. Customer Appreciation Month is when we look back & give thanks to you, the customers, by letting you upload photos of your Co-Kan goodies and share your experiences.

Important announcement: Starting Friday October 18th, the daily order cutoff will be moved from 3pm to 12pm (noon). This means that if you order after noon PST, we won't be able to ship it until next day!
Why this change? Sonya and I are a two person team and many of our accessories are made-to-order! We're making this change so that we still have enough time to put care, attention, and detail into everything we make while leaving us enough time to pack & send it to you!

Thank you to everybody who stopped by our booth last weekend at SacAnime! It was a major success, and we plan on attending again in winter as well as expand into other conventions. We tried for an open floorplan and it really worked. We got to meet and chat with a lot of you. Many people had fun sitting at our bench to open blindboxes and decorate their itabags. It was a very good first con and it was worth the preparation.

We've spent the last week cleaning up, recounting stock, and reorganizing the warehouse. Sorry we didn't update you sooner!
